Tom Wolstenholme

After graduating with an honours degree in Economics, Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1967.

In 1968 he moved to Barings Merchant bank where he specialised in UK mergers and acquisitions as a corporate finance executive. He left Barings after 7 years service in order to pursue international corporate finance activities with Rothschild Intercontinental Bank, and subsequently became a Director at Amex Bank where he was responsible for Oil and Gas financing.

In 1980 Tom left the City to set up his own firm concentrating on financial advice and accounting services to small and medium sized companies and during this period he became Finance Director of a medium sized company in which he had invested, with a turnover of £26 million and employing initially 400 people .

Tom has extensive experience both commercially and within the Profession.
